Thornton, CO, January 14, 2019 – North Suburban Medical Center recently announced the appointment of Michael Hanson to Vice President of Operations.
Hanson was previously at Rose Medical Center in Denver, a HealthONE facility where he served as Associate Administrator of Operations for two years. In this role, Hanson was responsible for operations, growth, real estate, labor management, construction, and community engagement.
His list of accomplishments includes leading the growth and development for the Bariatric Service Line, one of Rose Medical Center’s premier surgical specialties.
In his new role at North Suburban Medical Center, Hanson will oversee facility operations including Environmental Services, Food and Nutrition Services, Facilities, construction projects, real estate, and the Development of Service Line Operations.

Hanson holds a Master of Health Administration degree and is a Colorado native. In his spare time he enjoys skiing, backpacking, hiking and trying new foods.
Hanson’s first day at North Suburban will be Monday, January 14.
